A software company founded in Sudan in 2014, specialising in business management systems and healthcare-sector systems (pharmacies, medical laboratories, pharmaceutical distribution companies), alongside website design and application development, with fully Arabic interfaces.

Systems
Which ready-made systems do you offer?
Our systems include Sudan IPS for pharmacy management, the Fair Deal system for pharmacies and pharmacy groups, the Fair Deal pharmaceutical distribution system, a laboratory information system (LIS), and systems for schools, insurance companies and mid-sized companies. What is the difference between Sudan IPS and the pharmacy groups system?
Sudan IPS is designed for the individual pharmacy: inventory, sales, purchasing, accounting and reports. The pharmacy groups system is for multi-branch pharmacy chains, bringing together the central warehouse, the branches and the transfers between them in one interface.
Do the systems work when the internet is down?
Yes. We designed our systems for the reality of internet access in Sudan, and an offline working mode is available for all our systems on request: the system runs on a local network inside your premises and syncs data with the cloud when the connection returns.
What does the laboratory management system (LIS) offer?
It manages patient reception, test orders, results and reports, with an online portal for patients. More details at sudanlis.com.
What is the pharmaceutical distribution company management system?
A system that connects the distribution company with pharmacies and manages inventory, sales, purchasing, sales representatives and financial reports.
Do the systems support multiple branches?
Yes, the pharmacy groups, drug distribution and company management systems are designed to work with multiple branches and a central warehouse.
Are the interfaces, reports and invoices in Arabic?
Yes, the interface is fully Arabic, right to left, and reports and invoices are printed in Arabic, with an English interface also available.
Can the system be customised to my line of work?
Yes. We adapt our ready-made systems to fit the way you work, or build a custom system from scratch if no ready-made system suits you.

What types of websites do you design?
Corporate and organisational websites, online stores, educational portals and multilingual websites. For example, the Clare Service website in three languages: Arabic, English and French.
Do the websites work on mobile?
Yes, all our websites are responsive and work on mobile, tablet and desktop.
Can I edit the website content myself?
Yes, every website comes with a control panel to add and edit content, products and news without needing a programmer.
Do you optimise the website to appear on Google?
Yes, we prepare every website with search-engine basics: titles and descriptions, sitemaps, structured data, and loading speed.
Contracting and pricing
How much does a system or website cost?
Cost depends on the size and requirements of the project. After understanding your needs we send you a clear written quote with no hidden fees.
How long does implementation take?
The duration varies according to the size and nature of the project, and we specify it in writing in the contract before starting.
What are the stages of a project with you?
Four stages: analysis and planning, design, development and programming, and finally delivery and technical support.
How is payment made?
In US dollars by Visa card, or the equivalent in Sudanese pounds by transfer to our bank accounts; we send the account details on request. The contract sets the payment schedule according to the stages of implementation.
Is there a warranty after delivery?
Yes, our projects include a warranty and technical support for 12 months after delivery. After that, technical support can be renewed annually for a nominal fee.

Yes. We provide ongoing technical support after delivery via WhatsApp, phone and email.

Data and security
Where is my data stored?
Our clients' data is stored on cloud servers in Hetzner data centers in Europe, with periodic backups. On request, the system can be run on a local server inside your premises.
How do you protect patient and client data?
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), user permissions by job role, encrypted passwords, and a log of important operations.
Which technologies do you use?
We use Python and Django, React and Vue.js, JavaScript, native Android and iOS (Swift), PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, and Docker and Nginx on Linux servers.
